Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with sales, and perform makeup applications and skincare analyses. You will manage cashier tasks, keep the store well-stocked, and help with in-store events and services.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for beauty, strong customer relations, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. This full-time role involves flexible hours and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by engaging guests and determining their needs.
• Perform cashier tasks, handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about new products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
