Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses; recommend products.

• Set and achieve sales goals, in-store and digital, using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges; build Nordstrom Rewards loyalty.
