Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a friendly Advisor to help customers with hair and beauty needs in our store. You will guide product choices, explain promotions, and support a memorable shopping experience. Training is provided to build product expertise and loyalty with shoppers.

Qualifications

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to learn product lines in hair, cosmetics, skincare, and nails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
