Job summary

CVS Health Corporation's beauty retail division seeks a Beauty Sales Consultant to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and build personalized baskets for every customer.

You will upsell with product knowledge, explain usage, promote CVS Beauty Club and in-store promotions, and maintain displays and hygiene standards to close sales. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Sales oriented and able to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Use product knowledge to upsell and advise customers.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to multi-task.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and Peak Hours.
• Willing to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Bilingual English and Spanish in some stores.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service to customers in the beauty zone and build a personalized basket.
• Explain product usage and benefits; promote CVS Beauty Club and promotions.
• Create and maintain product displays, end caps and promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone and comply with hygiene standards.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and executing the sales plan.
• Aim to beat sales goals and contribute to the budget.
