Qualifications

• Sales-oriented with ability to upsell and meet beauty service goals.

• Willing to perform ear-piercing services (training provided).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish in certain stores.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty sales service to every client.
• Educate customers on product usage and benefits, leveraging promotions.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials.
• Build personalized baskets and upsell through brand knowledge.
