Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish in some CVS stores.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty sales service to every client in the beauty zone.
• Upsell and suggestive selling to build larger baskets and loyalty.
• Explain product usage, benefits, and CVS Beauty Club promotions to customers.
• Maintain attractive displays and clean, well-stocked beauty area.
