Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a full-time Beauty Sales Consultant in-store role within our CVS Beauty zone. You will act as the primary beauty advisor, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and building personalized baskets for each customer.

You’ll educate on products, promote CVS Beauty Club and participate in promotions, events and training to stay current on trends. This 40-hour week role offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales oriented with ability to upsell and build baskets.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish in some stores.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty sales service to customers.
• Build personalized baskets for each client.
• Explain product usage and benefits; promote CVS Beauty Club.
• Create and maintain displays and promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone.
• Complete onboarding and participate in training and promotions.
