Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Beauty Sales Consultant to advise customers in the store’s beauty zone, building personalized baskets and driving sales with product knowledge and promotions.

You will engage customers, upsell, and discuss CVS Beauty Club programs while maintaining displays and a clean, inviting beauty area. Training includes ear piercing where offered, with a flexible schedule and 18+ requirement.

Qualifications

• Sales ability with product knowledge to meet beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible retail schedule including peak hours.
• Must be 18+ and able to perform ear piercing (training provided).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish in some CVS stores.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service in the beauty zone and build personalized baskets.
• Upsell and suggestive selling, with follow-up to build relationships.
• Explain product usage and benefits and educate customers on CVS Beauty Club promotions.
• Create and maintain displays, end caps and beauty promotions.
• Keep the beauty zone well-stocked, merchandised and hygienic.
