Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with sales, and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis. You will greet guests, recommend products, and support in-store events while maintaining clean, replenished salesfloor areas.

Required is a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and comfort with basic technology such as a POS system and Apple devices. Flexible schedule includes weekends and holidays, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Perform cashier tasks and process online orders when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocked fixtures and merchandise.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
