Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling; proficient with basic technology and able to build relationships; able to troubleshoot; can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience and engage guests to determine individual needs.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Assist with cashier tasks and processing when needed.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and participate in merchandise resets and displays.
• Support in-store events and guest loyalty programs; stay informed on products and services.
