Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager in Nashville to blend sales leadership with beauty education. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and guide customers toward products that fit their goals, while promoting the Nordstrom Rewards program.

You’ll set personal and counter sales goals, collaborate with teammates, manage vendor events, build strong brand relationships and stay current on trends through trainings from Nordstrom and brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, utilizing both in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Keep up with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings from Nordstrom and luxury brand partners.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to foster customer loyalty.
