The role is hourly with monthly bonus eligibility, requiring the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to lead a team and drive store metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with makeup application and skincare services.

• Drive sales and store objectives through personal and team performance.
• Create memorable customer experiences and build relationships with clients, vendors, and the community.
