The Beauty Counter Manager for La Mer oversees a brand counter, driving sales through personalized service, makeup applications, and skincare consultations. Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with loyalty program enrollment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready counter while staying current on product and industry knowledge.
