Summary

Lead the La Mer beauty counter in Aventura, delivering personalized makeup and skincare consultations while driving sales and building customer relationships. Serve as both a salesperson and educator to meet individual and counter goals through in-store and digital selling. Oversee counter presentation, vendor events, and daily operations to ensure a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products tailored to customer needs
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and build strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the rewards program
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends
