Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready; stay current with beauty trends through trainings.
• Process sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
