Nordstrom is seeking a Beauty Counter Manager in Bloomington, MN to create personalized beauty experiences and drive sales in a luxury environment.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products while collaborating with a team to maintain an inviting store atmosphere. The role blends teaching with selling and offers opportunities to build a loyal customer base both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup applications and skincare consultations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive loyalty.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, utilizing both in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
• Keep up with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings provided by Nordstrom and luxury brand partners
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
