Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. seeks a Beauty Counter Manager to drive sales and deliver premium customer experiences in the beauty department. You’ll blend on-the-floor selling with teaching, building loyalty while promoting brand partners and Nordstrom Rewards.

You’ll lead makeup applications, skincare analyses, events, and digital outreach to grow your client following, staying current with beauty trends and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness and ensure customer readiness.
• Stay current with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
