Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
