Nordstrom Beauty Department is seeking a customer-focused associate to perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to each guest’s goals. You’ll collaborate with a team to foster a welcoming environment, hit personal sales targets, and engage customers through both in-store and digital channels.

Responsibilities include handling sales, exchanges, and loyalty sign-ups, while maintaining an organized, on-brand counter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready through cleanliness and order.
• Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings by Nordstrom and partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
