Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized experiences in our Nordstrom Beauty department.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to each customer’s goals, while collaborating with a team to create an inclusive, welcoming environment. You’ll drive sales using in-store and digital tools, manage events, maintain relationships with brand partners, and keep the counter customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools (text & social).
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep the counter organized and customer-ready through cleanliness and product presentation.
• Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and brand knowledge through trainings.
