Nordstrom Beauty Department seeks a Counter Manager to drive sales while delivering personalized beauty experiences. You’ll perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations while mentoring a passionate team and collaborating with luxury brand partners.

You will use both in-store and digital tools to reach personal and counter sales goals, organize vendor events, and build loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated with beauty trends through trainings and brand programs.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
