Macy's is hiring a Cosmetic Sales colleague (Beauty Advisor) to support customers with beauty needs, educate on products, and drive sales. The role involves makeup consultations, product demonstrations, and building a loyal client base through Macy’s beauty offerings.

Full-time hours typically 30+ per week or part-time 12-24 hours per week, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer care, using POS tools, and participating in training to stay current on trends and product lines.

Qualificações

• Product knowledge of beauty products and ability to guide customers
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and virtual channels
• Proven sales ability and experience in meeting targets
• Familiarity with point-of-sale tech and order fulfillment
• Self-driven learning of Macy’s beauty trends and training resources
• Ability to demonstrate and teach makeup application to customers
• Knowledge of vendor lines and beauty trends in the area
• Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues across departments
• Team-oriented collaborator to drive sales and customer experience
