Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on brand rules and ensure legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon and handle cash duties.
