Palm Beach Tan - Premiere Entertainment, LLC in Alabama is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. You will help clients select tanning solutions and maintain a welcoming salon environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a commission-driven environment, is highly motivated to achieve sales goals, and can work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and opening/closing procedures.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
