Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
