Palm Beach Tan is hiring outgoing beauty consultants to accurately represent our brand and provide excellent customer service. You will thrive in a commission-driven environment and work to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include keeping the salon clean, assisting customers, and ensuring adherence to tanning guidelines. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered, with training for product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning and wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
