Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and assist with store operations and events. You will greet guests, offer product recommendations, and help manage stock and cleanliness on the floor.

The role requires a passion for beauty, ability to use POS systems, and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits eligible for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Passion for guest service and ability to sell products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Assist with online orders, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support in-store events and services to drive sales.
