Ulta Beauty seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced store. You will greet guests, understand needs, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and support sales while maintaining store standards.

The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, and basic technology skills with POS systems help you connect customers to the right products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests entering the store.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Assist with cashier duties, online orders, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise.
• Support in-store events and promotions to deliver a premier guest experience.
• Adhere to store policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
