Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, advise on products, and process purchases in-store. You’ll perform makeup applications and skincare analysis while driving sales and delivering on-brand services.

The role requires strong guest service skills, familiarity with POS systems and Apple devices, and the ability to work well in a team. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• High school diploma is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by greeting, advising on products, and processing purchases.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Keep fixtures replenished and store clean, with continuous product knowledge.
• Adhere to store policies and follow loss prevention practices.
