Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, and provide product recommendations while assisting with in-store events and services.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. You will handle cashier duties, maintain stock and store cleanliness, and stay informed about our extensive product range to better serve guests.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and determine individual needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and process transactions, including online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with inventory and restocking.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about products, ingredients, and benefits to better serve guests.
