Job summary

SBH Fashion in New York is seeking a Senior Marketing Director to lead beauty brand storytelling, community-building, and social strategy at a fast-growing startup.

You will own loyalty, CRM, affiliates, and cross-functional partnerships with the founders, shaping product messaging and founder-led formats to grow advocacy.

This role requires 6–8+ years in beauty marketing, deep color cosmetics passion, and hands-on experience with communities and Circle platform.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of marketing experience in beauty.
• Deep knowledge of color cosmetics culture and customers.
• Proven social content leadership with measurable growth.
• Hands-on community-building: loyalty programs, CRM, and affiliates.
• Builder's mindset and comfort with early-stage company operations.
• Experience withCircle platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Beauty Queens community, activating advocates and driving engagement.
• Stand up and run loyalty, CRM, and affiliate systems end-to-end.
• Shape product messaging on social and tell compelling founder-led stories.
• Own social content strategy and docuseries formats to amplify voice.
• Assist with LLAB education platform and community learning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with media, product, and education teams.
