European Wax Center in Milton, WA is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and manage performance to exceed goals.

Responsibilities include sales leadership, scheduling and inventory oversight, payroll, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
