Job summary

Morphe is seeking a Brand Strategy & Product Innovation professional to shape product pipelines and launches across global markets. You will partner with Brand Leadership, Sales, and Product Development to leverage trends, insights, and competitive intelligence while driving long-term category growth.

In this role, you will translate brand positioning into compelling consumer messaging, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior teammates in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in brand management or product marketing.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience developing product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adaptable messaging.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product pipeline strategies in partnership with Brand Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow subcategories, optimize assortments, and define features and consumer benefits.
• Lead development of product launch briefs with Product Development, Copy, and Creative teams.
• Coordinate launch assets across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.
• Monitor performance, provide actionable recommendations, and participate in monthly business reviews.
• Mentor a Senior Specialist and foster team development and accountability.
