You will partner with Brand Leadership, Sales, and Product Development to grow categories, optimize assortments, and launch compelling products that resonate with creators and consumers alike.

In this role, you will analyze market trends, translate insights into actionable plans, and manage launches across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• 2–3 years of brand management or product marketing experience in beauty or consumer products.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen to analyze sales data and translate insights into actions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills for handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of product pipeline strategies with Brand Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow subcategories, assortments, and hero products.
• Lead the development of product launch briefs, including positioning, differentiators, and pricing.
• Coordinate launch assets and ensure timely delivery across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and drive accountability across teams.
