Job summary

The Lede Company in New York is seeking a Beauty Brand Assistant to join our team. You will support 4–6 beauty accounts, draft client materials, and coordinate logistics for launches, events, and activations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/English/PR/Marketing, possess strong writing/presentation skills, and have relevant beauty or lifestyle brand experience. This in-office role requires four days on-site with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, PR or Marketing.
• PR agency or in-house experience required, preferably in beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong cross-department communication and business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, expenses, travel bookings and high-volume emails.
• Handle 4–6 beauty accounts and assist in presentations and spreadsheets.
• Draft press releases, pitches, and media materials for product launches.
• Conduct beauty trend and consumer insights research.
• Support projects from ideation to execution and reporting.
• Coordinate product seeding, PR mailers and coverage tracking.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and internal teams.
• Support onsite at events and coordinate logistics for launches and activations.
• Contribute to monthly and project reports across clients.
