Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience (agency or fast-paced startup preferred) in beauty, lifestyle, or CPG.
• Skilled writer who crafts pitches and copy with clarity and wit.
• Proven ability to secure top-tier press placements with clips to prove it.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain warm relationships with consumer media across print, digital, social, and broadcast to secure placements.
• Develop strategies to earn placements in social media channels and influencer spaces.
• Craft pitches, press releases, media lists, and client collateral; oversee monitoring and reporting.
• Lead client calls and provide strategic counsel to teammates and clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to campaigns and ideas that gain media traction.
