Small Girls PR is seeking an Account Executive with strong media relationships and a proven track record of securing meaningful placements in beauty, lifestyle and wellness. The role emphasizes client communications, project management, and strategy, with hybrid work in NYC.

You will help drive client calls and meetings, craft compelling pitches, and contribute to strategic discussions behind the scenes and with clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant agency or fast-paced startup experience, preferably in beauty, lifestyle or CPG.
• Proven ability to secure top-tier press placements and maintain reporter relationships.
• Skilled writer who crafts pitches and copy with clarity and wit.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain warm media relationships across print, digital, social and broadcast to secure placements.
• Lead client communications and meetings; contribute to strategic media plans.
• Coordinate client collateral, press materials and reporting; monitor coverage and provide updates to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to campaigns that gain media traction.
