Headkount is seeking a Beauty Brand Advisor in Costa Mesa to represent multiple top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta and other retailers with the flexibility you love and the stability of a steady schedule. You’ll have W-2 pay, training and support.

As a Brand Advisor, you’ll rotate across brands, work weekend shifts, and earn competitive hourly pay while building sales skills, events hosting, and brand education. You’ll be supported by coaching and a mobile app for shift tracking.

Formación

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• Strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support.
• Train store teams on products and selling strategies.
• Host and support in-store brand events.
• Keep merchandising sharp and on-brand.
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app.
