Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Beauty Brand Advisor in Orange County to represent multiple beauty brands at Sephora, Ulta and other retailers. This part-time W-2 role offers scheduled shifts across markets with weekend availability and ongoing brand education.

You will drive sales, train store teams, host in-store events, and maintain on-brand merchandising across busy retail locations in your market. Strong beauty experience and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• Strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
• The drive to work independently and manage store visits.
