Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Part Time Brand Advisor in Seattle to represent multiple beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta, and other retailers. You’ll have flexible hours, steady W-2 pay, and ongoing brand education while rotating across brands and stores in the Seattle market.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in beauty brand or retail roles, strong sales and education skills, and experience hosting events. Weekend availability is required, with training and support provided by Headkount.

Qualifications

• Strong selling and education skills.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support.
• Train store teams on products and selling strategies.
• Host and support in-store brand events.
• Keep merchandising sharp and on-brand.
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app.
