Headkount is hiring Beauty Brand Freelancers to represent multiple top beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta and other retailers across Los Angeles. This part-time W-2 role includes paid training and ongoing support.

You'll drive sales, train store teams, host in-store events, and keep merchandising on-brand while traveling across the market. You'll collaborate with brand teams, report through the Headkount app, and participate in coaching sessions. Weekend availability is required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience.
• Strong selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty events.
• Independent, self-motivated with a professional attitude.
• Smartphone user comfortable with apps and video calls.
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
