Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique (SBA – Clinique) to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, assisting with product selection, and maintaining store standards. This role focuses on service, guest relationships, and executing in-store events to drive performance and experience.

The SBA will participate in brand trainings, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and represent Ulta Beauty and Clinique with professionalism and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or demonstrator license may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and guest goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain store standards and replenish merchandise in the Clinique brand area.
