Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique (SBA – Clinique) to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and guiding product selections. You will uphold store standards and service excellence while representing Ulta Beauty and Clinique.

The role involves collaborating with store teams, executing in-store events, and maintaining knowledge of product trends. A passion for beauty and strong guest service is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license required where state law mandates.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Demonstrates competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses.
• Book appointments for services and events.
• Maintain Clinique displays and store cleanliness.
