Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique (SBA – Clinique) to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, guiding product selections, and delivering exceptional service. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and support in-store events while upholding store standards and brand image.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products/services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with guests.
• Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services.
• Stay informed about new products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and store cleanliness.
