Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique (SBA – Clinique) to maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, assisting with product selection, and maintaining store standards. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations while growing a loyal client base.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or demonstrator license required by state law where applicable.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals; contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel and shrink.
• Greet and engage every guest; personalize service, offer samples, and recommend complementary products/services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; support delivery of an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and grow a defined client base for Clinique brand sales.
• Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services within the store.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and trends; communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
