Job summary

Macy’s in Pittsburgh is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, to be the trusted expert customers turn to for makeup and skincare. You’ll educate, demonstrate products, and provide tailored consultations to build confidence and drive sales.

You’ll grow a loyal client base through follow-up and personalized service, maintain an inviting, organized shop, and stay current on trends and launches.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers, demonstrating product application, and educating them on the benefits and use of beauty products.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education.
• Willingness to work flexible days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
