Job summary

Kohl's, in partnership with Sephora, is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and consultative client interactions. You will identify client needs, demonstrate products, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while adhering to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will maintain brand knowledge, participate in training, and support inventory, visual merchandising, and omni-channel processes to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail or service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to showcase benefits and drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
