Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty, engaging clients with a consultative approach and delivering an excellent overall client experience.

You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards. Afternoon and night availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and ability to engage clients.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients by applying products to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Help manage inventory from receipt to sale and perform price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product to the supervisor.
