Job summary

Macy's, Inc. is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor) to help customers choose and apply makeup, skincare, and fragrance products. You will educate, demonstrate, and tailor consultations to meet individual style and needs.

As a full-time on-site role, you will maintain a welcoming, organized counter, build a loyal client base through personalized service, and promote loyalty benefits, promotions, and events while delivering strong sales results and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability including weekends.
• Ability to learn and educate customers on beauty products.
• Willingness to participate in training and vendor education.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and provide product demonstrations.
• Offer tailored consultations and makeup/skincare recommendations.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-up and upselling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable sales floor.
• Explain loyalty benefits and guide customers through purchases.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising as needed.
