Job summary

The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized customer service and drives sales for the Le Labo line. The role builds client relationships, provides product and treatment consultations, and maintains a welcoming beauty counter.

In this role you will achieve sales goals, build relationships using Saks' clienteling tools, provide consultations and applications, close sales, and coordinate with the vendor account team to represent Saks Fifth Avenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
